Our Instructors

All of our faculty have extensive industry experience and are dedicated to providing training that surpasses the needs of the industry. Our instructors lead programs that are inclusive and engaging, offering you the most well-rounded and relevant education possible.

Jackie Godia – RN, IDP
Head Nursing Instructor

You’ll be taught by someone who knows exactly what the process is like to get certified in Canada – because she’s done it herself. Meet Jackie: with over 12 years of professional teaching experience around the world, including the Middle East, the Philippines, and Canada, Jackie is known for her balance of stringency and kindness, which leads to extremely high success rates for her nursing students. Jackie is not just a Registered Nurse in Canada with a current practicing license and lots of ICU experience. She is also TESOL and IDP certified, and a certified First Aid instructor. Jackie takes a hands-on approach with each of our internationally educated nurses to expertly prepare them for their assessments and examinations to become recognized as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Canada.

Pristine Laroza – BScN, RN
Nursing Instructor

Pristine completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Centre in the Philippines and Post Graduate Certificate in Administration and Nursing Practice in Canada. She is a Registered Nurse and Emergency First Aid CPR/AED Level HCP certified. Her background ranges from customer service and staff coordination to managing a team of healthcare professionals. She has worked with seasoned biomedical engineers, registered nurses and medical doctors. Pristine is a natural leader who is committed to building relationships that help to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Sophie Kaur
Business Instructor

Sophie has over 8 years of experience in education. She began her educational career as a business management lecturer in the U.K. and holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Management from the University of Salford. After completing her Masters, Sophie realized that teaching business is her true calling and completed her teaching certificates. During the last eight years, Sophie has worked with diverse groups of students in the U.K., China and now in Canada. Sophie believes in lifelong learning and leading by example in the classrooms. It is her goal to encourage her students to look beyond the four walls of the classroom and view the world around them as a place of learning and discovery.
